Returns & Replacements
We accept returns for items with quality issues but not exchanges.

1. Returns must be in their original condition.

2. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  ã€€1) Products that are washed, used or damaged by personal usage;

  ã€€2) Original labels, price tags or packaging are missing;

  ã€€3) Exceeded the return time period;

  ã€€4) Merchandise not purchased on this site (momentwear.com/store) cannot be returned, please refers to the site or the retail stores you purchased from to process return.

For items with quality issues, please report to our customer service by email return@momentwear.com within 10days of the shipment delivered. Our customer service will reach you and guide you for the whole return process.

The following reasons cannot be treated as quality issue and returns will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

a) There may be color differences between photos and the actual item due to lighting, color display or personal understanding of colors. The above situations are not considered as a quality issue.

b) Standard size chart/product measurement are offered on the product page for your reference; differences might occur as products are measured manually, from different production batches or due to different measuring methods.

c) Please check the products upon receipt. Please submit your return request in a timely manner if necessary. Items with quality issues reported after 10days of the shipment delivered will not be accepted.

d) Some products are processed with special techniques or with vintage or destroyed design and are not considered as quality issues.

e) Colors on some products may fade or be slightly out of shape after wash due to special technique or fabric used. This is considered as normal in quality control so we cannot process it as quality issue; some detergent or improper washing may also lead to such result. Please follow the care instructions.

You can browse our website, view items under categories or find what you need through searching. You can add what you like to shopping cart and continue to shop. Once finished, you can click on the mini shopping cart icon on the top right corner to check out. You can also favorite items and check them later.

Updating Account Information

Register

You can become a member for free by following these steps:

1. Go to MOMent store website (momentwear.com/store) and click "ACCOUNT" icon on the top right corner and choose “Register”.

2. At registration page, fill in your name, email address, password and confirm password, then click "REGISTER".

3. Once completed, you will receive our welcome email and you are registered!

Change, Retrieve or Protect Password

Change password

Users can change password under "My Account". We suggest you change password frequently for account security.

Retrieve password

You can click "Forgot password" in “Log In” page to redirect to the "Retrieve Password" page. After filling in and submitting email address, you will receive an email in your registered mailbox. Click the link to be directed to the "Reset Password" page. You can reset the password on this page.

Protect password

We suggest you use a combination of 6-16 letters, numbers and symbols as your password, or use multiple words without space or take the first letter of each word out of a sentence combined with numbers, letters and special symbols. e.g.: 8896#$amu ;

Try to set the password as complicated as possible with no clear pattern. Please use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols and change it on a regular basis. You can also write it down in case you forget.

Please do not disclose your ID information to others. Please do not use your name, your spouse's name, your pet's name, your birthday or any information that can be easily acquired by the others as your password. e.g.: 1989716  amylara

Please do not use your username or part of your email address as your password. e.g.: (If your username is kittycute12, please do not use kittycute as your password)

Please do not use the "auto-fill" or "remember password" functions on the IE browser when signing in from public computers.

Change email or shipping address

Change email address

You can change your email address under “Account Information” page after logged in your account.

Change shipping address

You can save multiple shipping addresses at "Address Book" and click “Add New Address” button. On the shipping address list, you can add, change or delete shipping addresses. You can also set one shipping address as the default address for a quicker checkout on your next purchase.
